Darcos Magic Tango Shoes
With three stores in Buenos Aires, Darcos boasts having the largest selection of hand crafted Argentine tango shoes in region. Additional features to Darcos include a sturdy construction, extra padding in the footbed and styles that accomodate wider feet.
Owner, Senior Ceasar Croccita and assistant Senior Peter Fort kindly showed me around their showroom and factory during my visit to their Mega Store.

 Obelisco de Buenos Aires is a national historic monument and icon of Buenos Aires. Located in the Plaza de la República, in the intersection of avenues Corrientes and 9 de Julio. On December 9th, 2005 it was decorated in a pink condom in celebration of International AIDS Awareness Day
Two craftsmen work upstairs for customers to view. Meanwhile, 15 more artisans work downstairs on larger orders.
