CHICAGO DANCE SUPPLY IS HOLDING A MODEL SEARCH FOR OUR NEXT BRAND AMBASSADOR!

Attend an open call and photo shoot for submission.*
We are looking for well rounded, mature dancers with strong technique, great personality, outstanding communication skills and a desire to make a greater impact on our community.
When: October 3, 2015 2:30pm-6pm (This is an open call so you are free to come anytime between 2:30pm and 6pm. Registration ends promptly at 6pm.)
Where: Chicago Dance Supply, 5301 N. Clark.
*Contest Rules:
1- Show up photo shoot ready in dance attire. Show us who you are!
2- Must sign the release and fill out the contact information card.
3- Each dancer will have a total of 10 minutes in front of the camera.
4- Tell us in under a minute why you want to be the next CDS Brand Ambassador.
5- Be prepared with your best pose and the shoot will begin
Note: Dancers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
Dancer Selected Will Receive:
* Discount on regular priced items during contract as brand ambassador.
* Professional headshot.

* Special video features and photoshoot opportunities.
