Regular priced returnable items* purchased in person may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Items must be in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging still intact), and must be accompanied by a receipt.
Regular priced returnable items* purchased online may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Items must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging still intact) and must be accompanied by a receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must call 773-728-5344 to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA# must be written on outside of package. We will not accept any returned items without an RA#. Price differences and shipping charges will apply. Include return form (located on the back of your receipt) inside the package and mail back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you use a service that provides tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
